Job summary

Wicker Point Golf Club is seeking a warm, professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will greet arrivals, answer calls, manage dining and event reservations, and assist with administrative tasks while upholding the club’s high standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a member-centric environment, maintaining a welcoming presence at all times. Prior hospitality or reception experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Warm, professional, and organized demeanor delivering exceptional service.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• First point of contact for members and guests; uphold club standards.
• Experience in hospitality or reception preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency; reservation/club management software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional welcome upon arrival.
• Answer and direct incoming calls; relay messages to staff.
• Manage dining and event reservations.
• Handle member inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in person.
• Manage meeting room availability and scheduling.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Assist with printing, photocopying, and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Manage office inventory including stationery and supplies.
• Support telecommunications and security systems as needed.
