Qualifications

• Experience leading a front desk or guest services team.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Proficiency with front desk operations and PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Desk Manager with daily front desk operations and check-ins/outs.
• Coach and train front desk staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Support in creating action plans to improve department scores.
• Prepare management reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
