Job summary

Seasons at Sandpoint is hiring a full-time Resort Hospitality Associate to support the front office and clubhouse on nine acres of lakeshore. The role focuses on delivering exceptional owner and guest experiences through administrative and concierge services.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the front office, managing emails, and providing information to Owners and Guests while escalating issues when needed. Requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience in front office or guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open, operate and close the front office area.
• Maintain email during shift and respond to messages promptly.
• Provide information to Owners and Guests; escalate issues as needed.
• Audit and log items/inventories for Owner/Guest experience.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Owners and Guests as needed.
• Communicate effectively with staff, Owners, Guests and contacts by phone, in person or email.
