Alterra is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Winter Park Resort in Colorado. You will manage daytime front desk operations, assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, and respond to service requests while ensuring adherence to policies and health standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in hotel, lodging, resort, or hospitality guest service or call center
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
• Valid Colorado driver’s license preferred
• Experience with reservation systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain front desk operations during daytime hours
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
• Respond to guest service requests and reservations
• Log requests in HotSOS and track progress
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• QA on same-day and next-day arrivals and balances
