Winter Park Resort in Colorado seeks a Front Desk Agent to support daytime Lodging Division operations. You will greet guests, check in/out, handle reservations, and respond to service requests while ensuring policy and health-code compliance.

The role requires strong organization and communication, familiarity with HotSOS/SMS-Host, and a preferred Colorado driver's license. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Exemplary organizational skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required.
• Valid Colorado driver's license preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Front Desk operation during daytime hours.
• Provide exemplary guest service at check-in and check-out.
• Answer PBX calls and manage reservations as required.
• Respond to guest service requests promptly and professionally.
• Know where to find answers and dispatch tasks via the system.
• Log owner/guest requests in HotSOS and follow up.
• Coordinate with owners, staff, security, and emergencies as needed.
• Follow Front Desk procedures and health/sanitation codes.
• Perform QA on same-day and next-day arrivals and issues.
• Keep registration cards in sync with the property management system.
• Communicate with housekeeping about requests and moves.
• Assist with transportation arrangements for guests.
