Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of office experience.
• Strong communications and organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, preferably Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Organize and maintain electronic files per procedures.
• Assist with company activities.
• Attend and participate in training programs.
• Handle inquiries by telephone and email promptly.
• Prioritize phone calls to appropriate staff.
• Provide information about services and local attractions.
• Process annual contracts including entry into the property management system and accounts receivable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and office area.
• Perform other duties as assigned while assisting with administrative support as requested.
• Work closely as a team member representing the company’s quality and professionalism.
