Job summary

Sun Outdoors Orange Beach is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Front Office Agent for the 2:00 pm–8:00 pm shift. This full-time role supports check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries in a welcoming resort setting with waterpark and amenities.

Responsibilities include handling payments, maintaining records, and assisting with guest concerns while coordinating with Resort Manager as needed. Join a vibrant team delivering memorable experiences to resort guests.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and share information about resort amenities.
Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with Resort Manager on comments and complaints.
Distribute communications such as newsletters and notices.
Maintain front desk and lobby area in a clean, organized state.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
