Job summary

Grande Shores Resort is seeking a Guest Services Agent to greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and a friendly attitude. The role includes issuing room keys, processing payments, and assisting with reservations to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The position runs 3pm–11pm, is full-time and pays an hourly rate of $17.00. Prior experience is welcome but not required; strong communication skills and a service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the resort
• Issue guest keys appropriately
• Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests
• Accommodate guests scheduled to stay as needed
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs
• Resolve guest concerns; assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services
