Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a friendly, guest-focused server to take food and beverage orders, craft cocktails, and provide an exceptional guest experience. You will use your product knowledge to answer questions, make recommendations, and ensure owners and guests receive courteous service.

Responsibilities include inputting orders into the POS, presenting checks, processing payments, and upselling; maintaining cleanliness and assisting with side work as directed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Customer service and/or food & beverage experience required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, inform them of specials, and answer questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, make recommendations, and upsell items.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system and prepare itemized checks, including tax.
• Present checks to guests, process payments, and provide change.
• Serve food and beverages, check back to ensure guest satisfaction, and address issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Pre-bus tables throughout service, removing unused or dirty dishes, utensils, glasses, and trash.
