Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Orlando, FL is seeking a guest-focused server in the pool area to take food and beverage orders, prepare and serve cocktails, and deliver timely service.

You will use POS systems, upsell items, and maintain product knowledge to answer questions and make recommendations while ensuring accuracy of checks and payments. Previous hospitality experience is preferred and ServSafe/TIPS certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Customer service and/or food & beverage service required.
• ServSafe, TIPS, or other alcohol certification (will assist to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders with upsell.
• Input orders into POS, generate checks, and process payments.
• Serve food and beverages and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Pre-bus tables and remove dishes to kitchen.
• Complete pre- and post-shift side-work as assigned.
