Job summary

Miraval is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the resort’s engineering operations. You will manage maintenance schedules, follow up on work orders, liaise with vendors, and oversee inventory and purchasing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with Maintenance Request programs and CMMS systems preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and administrative experience.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to specialized system applications.
• Experience in hospitality or resort engineering operations.
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain building and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and follow up on work orders and engineering projects to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as a liaison with vendors and suppliers for maintenance-related needs.
• Document engineering processes and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Oversee inventory activities including requisitions, ordering, stocking, and shipments.
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed to support the engineering team.
• Generate purchase orders and process invoices in a timely manner.
• Distribute work orders to team members and track progress.
• Research and order uncommon parts and supplies for engineering needs.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts for the department.
