Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Grounds/Facilities Supervisor to assist the Grounds Manager in leading a team responsible for resort grounds, villas, and assets at Mount Ascutney Resort, Brownsville, VT. You will supervise maintenance and landscape staff, train teams, and ensure service requests are handled promptly.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to standards, and guest satisfaction. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, 21+, and 4 years driving/leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 4 years of driving experience.
• Demonstrates dedication to guest satisfaction.
• Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
• Good judgement and decision-making.
• Able to follow SOPs and maintain accuracy.
• Able to communicate with guests and staff.
• Able to operate maintenance and grounds machinery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work assignments, respond to requests, and provide technical support.
• Direct and assist maintenance techs and groundskeepers with upkeep of buildings, vehicles, and equipment.
• Coach staff on brand standards and handbook guidelines; make responsible decisions.
• Identify and resolve issues with villas, grounds, and landscaping.
• Provide skills training for assigned teams.
• Help control department budget expenditures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Facilities Ops Manager or General Manager.
