Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Mount Ascutney Resort in Brownsville, VT is seeking a Grounds Supervisor to lead a maintenance and landscape team in caring for resort grounds, villas and assets.

You will supervise staff, ensure safety, train crew, manage preventive maintenance and help control the department budget. A high school diploma and 2 years leadership preferred; HVAC certification and valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred 2 years of leadership experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and grounds teams; provide technical support.
• Direct and assist maintenance techs and groundskeepers with upkeep of buildings, vehicles, and equipment.
• Coach staff to brand standards and guidelines; make sound decisions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve upkeep of villas and landscaping.
• Implement skills training for assigned teams.
• Assist in controlling department budgetary expenditures.
• Perform other duties as deemed by the Manager of Facilities Ops or General Manager.
