Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Mount Ascutney Resort in Brownsville, VT is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs across plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry and related trades in guest villas and facilities.

The role requires 3+ years of experience; resort/hotel maintenance is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required. You will work with hand/power tools, follow safety procedures, and document tasks under the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• At least three to four years of field experience with trade work.
• Maintenance experience in a resort and/or hotel is preferred.
• Skilled in finish/trim-out construction and related trades.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house repairs including tiles, painting, carpentry and cabinetry work.
• Assist guests and staff with maintenance concerns and questions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects under supervision.
• Follow supervisor instructions and document maintenance tasks.
