Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Mount Ascutney Resort in Brownsville, VT is seeking a custodian to clean and sanitize interior and exterior common areas, offices, restaurants, shops, and restrooms to resort standards. The role includes trash removal, restocking supplies, reporting issues, and supporting special projects as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and prior custodial experience preferred. A valid driver’s license with at least three years driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of common restrooms.
• Perform cleaning and trash removal of all office areas.
• Clean exterior and interior glass of shops, offices, and restaurants.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
