Job summary

Wild Dunes Resort, Destination by Hyatt, Isle of Palms, SC, seeks a Market & Café Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee two outlets and lead the outlets team in delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with a likely schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is preferred to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• South Carolina ServSafe Alcohol Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises the outlets team.
• Conducts daily lineups before each shift.
• Communicates information to front and back of house staff for each shift.
• Ensures cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant, including tabletops and side stations.
• Responsible for daily report input and logbook entries.
• Enforces high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outlets.
• Ensures security of monies, credit and financial transactions.
• Supervises staff performance, attendance, attitudes, and conduct.
• Works a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
