Job summary

Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC, part of Destination by Hyatt, is seeking a Server Assistant/Busser to support the restaurant service team. You will ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for guests, working closely with servers to deliver seamless service while maintaining a polished dining area.

The role emphasizes guest experience, sanitation, and teamwork within a dynamic hospitality environment at Wild Dunes Resort. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
• Refill water glasses and assist with bread, beverages, and other guest needs as directed.
• Support servers in delivering food and condiments when needed.
• Restock supplies (silverware, glassware, linens, etc.) to ensure readiness for service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to provide smooth, timely service.
• Assist with floor setup and breakdown before and after service.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Provide a friendly and professional presence in the dining room, contributing to a positive guest experience.
