Job summary

Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms, just outside Charleston, SC, seeks a Culinary Supervisor to lead food production and supervise the culinary team in the Sous Chef's absence.

You will cook, prepare and garnish dishes across restaurant, room service, and catering settings, upholding high standards of quality and safety. Prior culinary experience is required, with a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

• Previous culinary experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef.
• Assist in the preparation and daily production of restaurants, room service and outlet menus.
• Ensure resort, state, and federal food health & safety standards are adhered to.
• Strive to put out high quality, consistent food products.
• Under the direction of the chef, monitor and maintain ingredients, supplies and equipment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
