Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding activities.
• Ensure cleaning, sanitizing, and storage of dishes and equipment.
• Maintain kitchen and storage areas cleanliness.
• Conduct routine inspections for standards compliance.
• Train and develop stewarding staff on procedures and safety.
• Assist with scheduling and labor management.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies.
• Ensure proper operation of stewarding equipment.
• Support events operations with equipment and supplies.
