Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Requires thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
• Supervision, management, and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including budgeting and quality assurance programs.
• Leadership to motivate staff and achieve goals.
• Ability to plan, organize and delegate with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Manage HR in the outlets: hire, train, schedule, develop, coach and discipline as needed.
• Forecast and manage outlet budgets to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to customer trends and issues to ensure quality experience.
• Create promotions and buffet presentations to attract in-house guests.
• Monitor maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment.
