Job summary

The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a seasoned leader to plan and manage restaurant, room service, and other F&B outlets, ensuring guest satisfaction, compliance with policies, and financial performance.

You will direct daily operations across meals and bar service, oversee HR, and implement programs to optimize service quality while controlling costs and maintaining high sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff, budgets and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Manage HR in the various outlets: hire, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach.
• Implement programs and ensure compliance with LSOPs and SOPs and safety regulations.
• Forecast, monitor, control and report on budgets to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
• Respond to customer trends and issues to ensure quality experience.
• Create and implement promotions and buffet presentations to attract guests.
• Monitor maintenance and sanitation of outlet areas and equipment.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
