Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii seeks an experienced F&B supervisor to lead resort and hotel outlets. You will oversee all aspects of food & beverage operations, working with the chef and hotel teams to maximize performance and guest satisfaction.

The role supports catering and events as needed and offers growth opportunities. Candidates should have 2-3 years in resort/hotel F&B supervision, with multi-unit experience preferred and familiarity with Micros to Silverware.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years resort/hotel food & beverage supervisory, management experience required.
• Multi-unit F&B outlet experience a plus.
• Change Micros to Silverware (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful operation of all aspects of F&B to include food, beverage, amenities and room service (to-go desk).
• Collaborate with Chef and kitchen team and hotel support staff to maximize food & beverage performance; assist with catering, banquet and events when necessary.
