OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawai‘i seeks an Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of the main kitchen. You will plan menus, manage budgets, hire and train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction across outlets and banquets.

The role includes strategic planning for F&B components of assets under management, supporting catering and events with Sales and other departments, and leading culinary teams to deliver exceptional Signature Experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements Previous resort/hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the main kitchen.
• Plan, implement budgets, hire, train and supervise subordinates.
• Create and implement new menus for food & beverage outlets, banquet and events.
• Assist in strategic planning for F&B components of assets under company management.
• Support catering and event management in partnership with Sales and other departments.
