Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage supervisor in Hawaii to lead all F&B operations across food and beverage outlets, amenities and room service. You will work with the chef and kitchen team and partner with hotel departments to maximize guest satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires 2–3 years of resort/hotel F&B supervisory experience; multi-unit F&B background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years resort/hotel F&B supervisory or management experience.
• Multi-unit F&B outlet experience is a plus.
• Change Micros to Silverware (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B operations including food, beverage, amenities and room service (to-go desk).
• Collaborate with Chef, kitchen team and hotel support staff to maximize F&B performance.
• Assist with catering, banquets and events when necessary.

Responsible for successful (financial, customer satisfaction, policies and procedures) operation of all aspects of F&B operation to include food, beverage, amenities and room service (to-go desk). Also, responsible to work collaboratively with Chef and kitchen team and hotel support staff, i.e., accounting, front office, human resources, sales, etc. to maximize food & beverage performance. Must also be prepared and available to assist with catering, banquet and events when necessary.

While base pay starts at $73,000.00, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.

Minimum Requirements

• 2-3 years resort/hotel food & beverage supervisory, management experience required.
• Multi-unit F&B outlet experience a plus.
• Change Micros to Silverware (preferred).
