Job summary

Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the resort's dining and events operations with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.

You'll oversee Butterfly Café, TJ’s Tiki Bar, banquets, catering, and group events, driving service excellence while managing budgets, labor, and costs. The role requires strong leadership, hospitality standards, and active floor presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading multiple Food & Beverage outlets strongly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, labor, inventory, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the resort’s Food & Beverage outlets, banquets, catering, and events.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during peak periods to ensure service excellence.
• Drive guest satisfaction, standards, training, schedule management, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to align front- and back-of-house operations.
