Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead the engineering team, manage preventive maintenance, and maintain safety and appearance across all facilities. The role emphasizes budgeting, staff coaching, and coordinating with contractors within a dynamic resort environment.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of maintenance leadership, strong knowledge of HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, and solid budgeting and communications skills to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in maintenance
• Experience at a property of similar size/quality preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical knowledge (high/low voltage)
• Ability to read blueprints and manage budgets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with vendor management and outside contractors

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the engineering department
• Manage payroll edits, evaluations, coaching, and staff scheduling
• Provide training for the engineering team to maintain skill set
• Oversee preventive maintenance of all areas
• Assist with property operations and capital budgets
• Ensure guest service requests are met promptly
• Maintain inventory controls and vendor relationships
• Coordinate with outside contractors on projects
