Qualifications

• Requires five years in hotel or building maintenance/facilities management with two years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor staff to meet quality standards.
• Proven experience in scheduling, budgeting and coordinating maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Facilities staff and the engineering team to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Interview, hire and train team members; plan, assign and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs; oversee capital improvement projects and vendor contracts.
• Monitor safety programs, ensure compliance with codes/regulations, and maintain documentation.
