The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering team, oversee maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient operations across the resort’s buildings and systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Engineering, Facilities or Maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in hotel or resort engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Engineering Department, ensuring the resort is safe, well-maintained and operating efficiently.
• Lead, train, coach and supervise Engineering team members.
• Assign and follow up on daily work orders, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration and building systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance and safety concerns.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and coordinate appropriate repairs.
• Manage vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Assist with Engineering Department budgeting, purchasing and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, fire/life safety and other applicable regulations.
