Clear Sky Resorts in Utah seeks a Restaurant Floor Manager to lead restaurant and bar operations, manage staff, and drive guest satisfaction in a luxury outdoor setting near Bryce Canyon. You will hire and train front-of-house teams, optimize inventory and costs, ensure health and safety standards, and collaborate with executives on standards and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Create and implement front of house systems and operations.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on systems, standards, and forward planning.
• Track and report on financial performance, including sales and labor costs.
• Upholding culture and training new/current staff upon hire with core company values.
