Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assigning duties, inspecting work, coordinating with the Facilities Manager, and ensuring safety and compliance while supporting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of custodial and safety processes.
• Ability to lead a large-scale team and communicate professionally.
• Experience supervising custodial staff and coordinating with department managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day custodial operations with emphasis on teamwork and daily team operations.
• Supervise and support custodial staff on the floor, assigning duties and inspecting work.
• Maintain cleanliness of public and employee areas, schedule services with minimal disruption.
• Communicate emergencies to Facilities Manager and resolve issues as requested.
• Assist Parking and other departments as needed and follow all policies and procedures.
