Job summary

Mt. Bachelor Trailhead Lodge is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Lodge Services team and uphold our high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.

You will report to the Facilities Maintenance Manager and drive daily operations, scheduling, training, and performance management in a fast-paced, year-round hospitality setting. Qualifications

• Requires 2–3+ years in housekeeping or lodging operations.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations to meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Coordinate room status with Guest Experience and Facilities teams to support turnover.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train Lodge Services / Housekeeping Attendants.
• Maintain housekeeping documentation and assist with SOPs and training materials.
