Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Concessions Manager to provide operational leadership for all concession areas, including food, beverage, and specialty services, across live events. You will manage staffing, inventory, budgeting, and compliance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 3–5+ years in food service or hospitality management, knowledge of concessions and bar operations, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in food service, concessions, or hospitality management.
• Knowledge of concessions, catering, bar operations, and backstage food service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession areas including food, beverage, and specialty services.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and supervision to ensure service standards.
• Monitor monthly inventory, manage product ordering, and contribute to budgets.
• Enforce safe alcohol service, sanitation, and safety policies.
• Ensure guest service quality and address issues promptly.
• Plan staffing and product levels for each event.
