Job summary

Esplanade at Starling in Punta Gorda, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Resort Concierge to greet Members, assist with questions, and coordinate lifestyle programs. The role collaborates with the Lifestyle Manager to plan events, fitness classes, spa programming, and social activities that enrich members' experiences.

Reporting to Troon, you will promote community relations, handle admin tasks, maintain schedules, prepare reports, and ensure high standards of service in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests on entry and assist with event setups.
• Provide outstanding service to Members and guests with professionalism.
• Respond promptly to communications and follow through on commitments.
• Promote lifestyle programs, events, and club activities.
• Maintain calendars and assist in room setup and breakdown for events.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist in vendor requests.
