Troon, Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel, FL, is seeking a part-time Resort Concierge to greet Members, assist with inquiries, and coordinate lifestyle programs. The role supports the Lifestyle Manager in planning events, classes, and activities, ensuring a vibrant and welcoming community experience for Members and guests.

The position requires strong hospitality instincts, excellent communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to greet Members and guests and handle inquiries professionally.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests as they enter and assist with event setups.
• Provide outstanding service and listen to member ideas.
• Promote events, activities and programs to enrich member life.
• Maintain calendars and update event registrations.
