Job summary

Esplanade at Tradition in Port St Lucie, FL is seeking a full-time Lifestyle Concierge to greet Members, assist with event setups, and promote engaging programs across the club and Amenity Campus. You will partner with the Lifestyle Manager to plan recreational, social, travel, and entertainment activities that enhance the Member experience.

This role requires outstanding customer service, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple events, manage calendars, and produce routine

Qualifications

• Greet Members and guests, assist with event set-ups, respond promptly to communications, and follow through on commitments.
• Provide outstanding service to Members professionally and courteously.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service when communicating with other departments, Members, guests, and vendors.
• Maintain a safe and friendly environment for Members, guests, and fellow staff members.
• Work as a team with the Lifestyles department to create a fun and exciting program for Members and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Greeting Members and guests as they enter, checking IDs, assisting with event setups, and following through on commitments.
• Respond calmly to situations and promote programs including events, fitness classes, and social activities.
• Answer questions about the Lifestyles program and recommend events for Members to attend.
• Write routine reports and correspondence as part of administrative tasks.
• Maintain calendars, coordinate room setups, and assist in event promotion and publicity.
• Assist Lifestyle Manager in preparation of all events, promotions, and functions.
