Qualifications

Greeting Members and guests and assisting with event set-ups.
Respond promptly to communications and follow through on commitments.
Write routine reports and correspondence.
Public speaking before groups of customers or employees.
Maintain a safe and friendly environment for Members and staff.

Responsibilities

Greet Members and guests on entry and assist with event setups.
Provide outstanding service to Members and guests professionally and courteously.
Respond calmly to problems and discuss concerns with involved parties.
Recommend Lifestyles events and promote activities to Members.
Assist Lifestyle Manager in preparation of events and promotions.
Maintain event calendars and prepare monthly/vendor reports.
