You will check-in guests, handle reservations, and maintain a welcoming reception area. The role emphasizes professional attitude, reliability, and a positive team spirit within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• You have prior customer service experience.
• You have basic computer knowledge.
• You are punctual and can maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• You can handle challenging guest interactions with problem solving.

• You can stand for long periods and handle light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests at the Club.
• Book appointments and reservations for members.
• Understand member needs; listen, follow through and provide exceptional service.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as required.
• Answer and transfer phone calls.
• Provide guest leads to the membership sales team.
• Greet members in the facility and keep the area clean and welcoming.
