Qualifications

• PSIA-AASI Level I in primary discipline plus minimum 1 year of instruction experience.
• PSIA-AASI Children’s Specialist I preferred.
• Advanced skiing/riding ability (black to double black terrain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound decision‑making skills and adaptability.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to teach in varied terrain.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level ski or snowboard instruction for all skill levels.
• Represent WPR brand values on and off the mountain.
• Customize lesson plans to match individual needs and goals.
• Demonstrate techniques with professionalism and clarity.
• Offer a personalized, concierge-style experience before, during, and after lessons.
• Remember guest names, preferences, and prior lesson details.
• Engage guests warmly and professionally to build loyalty.
• Assist guests with fitting, adjusting, and caring for equipment.
• Collaborate with other instructors and resort teams to ensure safety and guest focus.
