Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess seeks a Christmas Concierge to spread yuletide joy and support guests during the holiday season. You will handle daily communications, respond to inquiries, and assist guests with ticketing and event information.

Seasonal dates: October 15 through January 10. Join a team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences with warmth and professionalism at a luxury resort in Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• Computer skills including data entry and MS Office.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ticketing platform experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with ticketing inquiries, purchases, and issues.
• Provide information about event schedules and nearby attractions.
• Monitor and manage event communications via emails, calls, and voicemails.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department and provide excellent guest service.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date communication system for the event.
