Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Christmas Concierge to enchant guests during the holiday season. You’ll handle daily communications, respond to emails and calls, and guide guests with warmth to ensure a memorable Yuletide experience.

The role runs Oct 15 through Jan 10 and involves managing ticketing inquiries, assisting guests with schedules, and maintaining organized communications so every guest leaves with a smile.

Qualifications

• Computer Skills- Utilize computer systems and software for various tasks, including data entry, document creation, and communication
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
• Ticketing platform experience an asset
• Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as event expert managing daily communications via email and phone
• Monitor event phone line and promptly respond to messages
• Greet guests and provide warm, helpful assistance
• Explain event schedules and nearby attractions
• Assist with ticketing inquiries, purchases, and issues
• Support smooth operation of ticketing processes
• Maintain organized, up-to-date communication records
• Direct calls to appropriate departments
• Deliver excellent customer service over the phone
