Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our community. You will help keep facilities, grounds, and amenities in excellent condition while delivering strong resident service.

Responsibilities include repairs, safety checks, light carpentry/plumbing tasks, and coordinating with a supervisor to prioritize work orders. A high school diploma and basic maintenance skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical integrity of the community and ensure a clean, well-kept living environment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across facilities, grounds, and utilities.
• Replace lightbulbs, remove trash, paint, and complete minor repairs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Inspect and repair amenities including clubhouse, courts, pools and maintenance garage.
• Complete daily/weekly checklists and quarterly reports.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and equipment is used properly.
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool, housekeeping, and notices as needed.
