Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Common Area Attendant to uphold a clean, welcoming environment across our resort interiors and outdoor spaces. You will add to guest comfort by maintaining floors, furniture, restrooms, and public areas with meticulous attention to detail.

You’ll interact with guests and colleagues with a professional, friendly demeanor while following safety practices and reporting any issues. This role supports a premium guest experience across our hospitality properties.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the resort, indoors and outdoors.
• Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors and fixtures; wash floors, windows, walls and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets; restock restrooms and locker rooms.
• Remove trash; maintain interior appearance by picking up debris and disposing of materials.
• Observe safety precautions to protect property and guests; report damage or theft as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships with guests and associates.
