Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant, consistent cleanliness by performing housekeeping in the resort.
• Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors, fixtures, and clean floors, windows, walls, and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors, clean and vacuum carpets, restrooms and locker rooms; restock supplies.
• Observe precautions to protect property and report any damage, theft, or found items; respond to guest inquiries promptly.
