Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Common Area Attendant to keep resort interiors welcoming, indoors and outdoors, by dusting, polishing, mopping, and restocking restrooms.

You’ll respond to guest inquiries promptly, protect property, and maintain cleanliness across lobby, corridors, and public spaces while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment at our Hawaii resort.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant, consistent cleanliness by performing housekeeping in the resort.
• Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors and fixtures; wash floors, windows, walls, and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets; restock restrooms and locker rooms.
• Remove trash and maintain interior appearance; report damage or theft to supervisors.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive guest relationships.
