Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests at the resort.
• Dust and polish interiors, counters, mirrors and fixtures; wash floors, windows and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors; vacuum carpets; restock restrooms with supplies.
• Remove trash, maintain interior appearance; transport materials to disposal/recycling areas.
• Observe safety precautions and report damage, theft, or found items to supervisors.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns to maintain positive relationships.
