Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Common Area Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming resort environment for guests, indoors and outdoors.

You will ensure consistent housekeeping across the property, dust and polish furnishings, clean floors and restrooms, and support operational needs to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes strong customer service, a professional appearance, and the ability to work independently or with others as needed in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant, consistent cleanliness by performing housekeeping across the resort.
• Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors and fixtures; wash floors, windows, walls and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors; vacuum carpets; restock restrooms and locker rooms.
• Remove trash; maintain interior appearance by picking up debris and disposing materials properly.
• Observe safety precautions and report damage, theft, or found items to supervisors.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
