Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Common Area Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming resort spaces. This part-time role requires the ability to work 28 hours per week, including holidays and weekends, to ensure guest comfort and seamless operations.

You will perform routine cleaning tasks, assist guests, and support the housekeeping team to uphold high standards across interiors and public areas. A professional appearance and excellent customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests in the resort.
• Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors and fixtures; wash floors, windows and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors; vacuum carpets; re-supply restrooms and locker rooms.
• Remove trash and maintain interior appearance; transport waste to disposal areas.
• Observe safety rules and report damage, theft or missing items to supervisors.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships.
