Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Common Area Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests in our resort setting. You will perform housekeeping duties indoors and outdoors, ensuring floors, furniture, and fixtures are spotless and well-maintained.

Strong guest service and a professional appearance are essential for daily interactions. You will work independently or with colleagues to keep restrooms stocked, manage trash, and support a safe, inviting atmosphere for all visitors

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant cleanliness by performing housekeeping in the resort.
• Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors and fixtures; wash floors, windows and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors; vacuum carpets; restrooms and locker rooms restocked.
• Remove trash and maintain interior appearance; transport to disposal/recycling areas.
• Observe precautions to protect property and report damage, theft, or found items.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and professionally.
