Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC is seeking a Bell Staff team member to deliver warm, efficient guest service within our resort. You will work closely with Front Desk, greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and guiding visitors through the property in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Available for Friday nights, weekends and holiday periods.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and offer assistance.
• Hold doors for arriving and departing guests and share resort information.
• Check in with Front Desk and review group schedules and room locations.
• Shovel, salt, and sweep entrances; inspect pool area for icy spots.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby; empty trash as needed.
• Conduct luggage runs; ensure correct delivery to rooms or lockers.
• Collaborate with Front Desk and Bell Staff for seamless service.
• Maintain a neat appearance and courteous demeanor.
