Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort seeks Parking Lot Attendants for part-time and full-time roles in MA. Responsibilities include directing traffic, guiding guests to services, and keeping lots safe and clean in all weather. Requires weekend/holiday availability, professional appearance, and strong communication. Must be 14+ and guest-focused.

Positions involve standing for long periods, weather exposure, and coordination with shuttle drivers; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Monitor guests in the load zone to ensure proper load/unload procedures.
• Direct traffic to maintain smooth flow in Drop-Off and parking areas.
• Ensure guests park in designated areas.
• Coordinate with shuttle drivers for timely pickups.
• Complete daily shift paperwork as required.
• Assist guests with unloading equipment from vehicles.
• Direct guests to resort services and amenities.
• Address guest inquiries per Jiminy Peak standards of service.
• Help keep lots clean by picking up trash and debris.
• Record daily vehicle counts; assist plowing when needed.
